Faruk Mamedu is a junior partner, his area of practice includes setting up of companies for foreign investors, Legal Services Compliance with all the Statutory Bodies, Trade and Export Finance Law, Merger & Acquisition, Import and Export licence, Antitrust and Competition, Consumer Law, Copyright, Patents, Arbitration, Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property, Securities and Public company Advisory, Commercial and Corporate practice and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Mamedu is the head Abuja Office of the Law firm, he has been working in this field for 2 years and has a wealth of experience in wide range of commercial and corporate practice.

He has a Diploma in criminology and LLB Bachelor’s Degree from University of Abuja, Okija, 2010, he attended Nigeria Law School and was called to Bar 2011. He also worked in Springfield Solicitors, Abuja, Nigeria He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and member of several non-profit Professional Association.
