Uwadim James is a partner, his area of practice include Business Structure, Trade and Export Finance Law, Capital Market, Legal advice on complex Contracting, Maritime, Energy law, Oil & natural resources law. He also has litigation and arbitration experience in wide area of corporate and commercial practice. He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and member of several non-profit Professional Association. Dayo graduated from Ogun State University with LLB Bachelor’s degree in 1996 and was called to Nigerian Bar in 1992 after attending Nigerian law school Abuja for the BL professional qualification. He has over 16years of active experience in commercial, Corporate and Civil law as a professional lawyer
