Uche Onyedi the head of litigation for commercial and corporate matters and also head of chambers civil litigation. She has appeared before several courts and tribunals across Nigeria at court of first instance and appellate levels, representing many clients in Civil and commercial disputes. She has many celebrated cases to her name. Her area of practice also include banking and financial institution, insolvency, International trade, business and contract laws, family law, Asset Finance, Private Equity, Intellectual Property, Real estate, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) commercial and corporate practice.

She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association.She attended Imo State University, Owerri city and graduated with honors in 1998 for first Degree in Political Science and Public Administration, she later studied law at the same school for the LLB Bachelor’s of law degree and also Nigeria Law school for the BL as Barrister and Solicitor of Supreme Court of Nigeria.
